We are a volunteer-driven water district that strives to provide high-quality, safe and great-tasting water to our neighbors.
In an effort to reduce costs we bill on a quarterly basis. Quarterly billing allows us to keep our water rates lower than all surrounding water districts but there is also a downside to this practice. Billing on a monthly basis would make it easier to detect abnormal water usage in order to alert our customers to the possibility of a leak, but the additional cost has been the preferred approach for the water district.
